These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AICaller (the Service), operated at aicaller.indiadns.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AICaller provides an AI voice receptionist that answers incoming calls on a dedicated Indian phone number, handles enquiries, books appointments, transfers calls, and sends WhatsApp confirmations on your behalf. Features available to you depend on the plan you choose.
You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You confirm that you are authorised to set up an AI receptionist for the business you register.
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account may be paused or closed.
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through RazorPay, or in US Dollars through PayPal for international customers. Prices, included call minutes, and number allowances are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard, and changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, to send spam or unsolicited marketing calls, or to violate Indian telecom regulations including rules on commercial communication and call forwarding. You are responsible for the content the AI is configured to share about your business.
The Service relies on third-party providers for telephony, voice, messaging, and payments. Their availability and terms may affect the Service. We are not liable for outages or changes caused by these providers beyond our reasonable control.
We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
To the extent permitted by law, AICaller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or missed business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. On termination your access ends, and you may export your data before your account is closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
