How AICaller works

A 2-minute overview of your AI phone receptionist.

AICaller is an AI voice receptionist that answers your business phone 24/7. When a customer calls, the AI picks up in a natural English voice, answers their questions from your business information, books appointments right on the call, and sends a text message (SMS) confirmation. Everything appears in your dashboard.

What happens on a call

  1. A customer calls your AICaller number (or your existing line forwarded to it).
  2. The AI greets them by your business name and persona.
  3. It answers questions using your services, hours, FAQs, and knowledge base.
  4. It checks availability and books the appointment during the call.
  5. It texts the customer a confirmation and logs the call for you.
  6. If a caller needs a human, the AI transfers the call to you.

What you need

  • About 5 minutes to set up your business once.
  • A phone number (we provide a local US number, or forward your existing one).
